In My Mailbox 10th June 2012

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren, where we can show off the books we have gotten over the past week- whether bought, borrowed, swapped, or given for review.
This feature was started to showcase our books, to improve our awareness of all the books coming out, and to increase interactions between book bloggers.

From the library:

  • Struck by Jennifer Bosworth. I have been excited about reading this one for months. Love the look it, I can't wait to start it.

  • Bitterblue by Kristin Cashore. This is a fantasy book. I loved Graceling and Fire, which I read about 2 years ago, and couldn't wait to read this one. It's finally here- and it's absolutely massive! I'm not sure when I'll be able to fit it into my reading, but If it's anything like the first 2 books by this author, it should be really good.

I also got two books that I've already read (from the library in the past) but loved and want to re-read-

  • Bought: Daughter of the Flames by Zoe Marriott. I read this in 2008 and adored it. I found a copy for 1p plus post and packaging on Amazon marketplace. I think a sequel is planned for release soon and I want to refresh my memory about it before then. This is a YA fantasy book.
  • Swapped: Angel Fire by L.A Weatherly. I should have just bought a copy when it first came out. I knew I would love it and I did. I now have my own copy thanks to readitswapit.
That was I got to read this week- what about you? Let me know!
Happy reading!

I am so unsure about Struck, sounds like such a strange storyline, hope it's good though!
